Can I purchase a .MT domain name via BMIT’s online store?

No, we do not sell .com.mt domain names. If you wish to purchase a .com.mt domain name please contact NIC-MT https://www.nic.org.mt/dotmt/

Once domain name has been purchased and approved, please follow normal existing domain name procedure, by:

• Enter the domain name in the ‘I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers only’  text box during sign up on our online store during  or via your control panel
• Make sure to update your nameservers

It is important to note that by selecting this option you will host your domain on our DNS server, however you will need to take care of your domain name renewal as this will NOT be handled by BMIT.
