The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues. This role is responsible for logging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues while ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the agent will monitor IT systems and facilities to proactively detect and respond to incidents. The agent will work closely with IT teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous service improvements.
