Data Centre - Network

BMIT has fiber connections with different physical routing paths to both Data Centres. A laser interlink is also available which is used as a failover connection. We are carrier neutral and have redundant links to both carriers in both Data Centres  view structure.

Within each Data Room, each client is provided with two 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet connections from two separate switches therefore adding a resilient local hand off. Both connections are on the same VLAN therefore making an easier setting up and management view structure.
